Things I Keep is a series of camera-less images made from hair. My ongoing research investigates material culture and value - what we choose to keep and what we choose to discard. I began collecting my own hair decades ago and have since begun collecting my children's hair.  Cyanotypes provide an immediacy of process and an intimacy of craft, like the curls in our hair, our DNA, each print is unique.
